"Chaos" is the second video released by Powell Skateboards. Unfortunately, the quality of this film went far down since the days of Powell Peralta. It could be that Powell didn't have the money to shoot in more expensive formats after splitting up with Peralta. But whatever it was, it was a rough film.
On the skateboarding side, it's fairly simple. These are still the early days of street skateboarding so there's nothing majorly big or fast that this film can show off. There's also not a lot of vert skateboarding because many of the big vert guys from the Bones Brigade days aren't in this film.
Overall, it's not that great of a film but it's worth watching as a skateboarding historical piece.
