"Celebraty Tropical Fish" is the ninth and final skate film released by Powell Peralta. After 1991 Stacy Peralta and George Powell separated and each had their own companies releasing films. They reunited in 2010 and have begun releasing content as Powell-Peralta once again.
As far as this film is concerned, it is definitely not the best film that Powell Peralta released. The quality of the recording is very bad. It almost feels like they took a home video recorder and rushly editted this out in someone's dark lit basement.
