This one from latest DIG cover boy, and United team rider, Marius Dietsche is more than just a video - it's his defining imprint on BMX. He wanted something that he could proudly show his grandkids one day, and he's certainly done just that. On the final stretch of the three year process of filming for this video, Marius ended up in hospital for two weeks, in an induced coma, with broken bones, damaged spleen, and bleeding on the brain. And then after being moved to a special recovery unit for two months, he's finally out and can enjoy the fruits of his labour. We couldn't be prouder of what Marius has achieved with this. No judges, no secret underground fight club hidden behind a noodle shop - just a whole load of riders throwing themselves at spots throughout the city in pursuit of glory. Some came for honour. Some came for cash. Most came because riding through a city with a massive crew is still one of the best things on earth.<br /><br />From the opening bell to the final battle, Cluut Bloodsport Jam delivered enough banging clips to satisfy even Frank Dux himself. And luckily no Dim Mak techniques were used during the day, but plenty of riders left a little blood on the streets of Brussels.<br /><br />Enter the Kumite. With Boyd Hilder, Jordan Godwin, Felix Prangenberg, Alex Donnachie & more...<br /><br />NEW DIG APPAREL https://shop.digbmx.com/collections/APPAREL-AND-MORE<br />-----<br /><br />The 2026 Cash Up series continued on May 10th with the inaugural MELTER JAM in DIG's birthplace of Belfast in the North of Ireland... aka 'Norn Iron' (and co-incidentally also the birthplace of the infamous DeLorean car, as seen in the movie 'Back To The Future' - There was even one on hand for the jam). The whole deal was put together by the one and only Peter Adam and honestly, everything went down a treat. <br /><br />The day finished up with BMX generations colliding at our DIG Irish BMX History photo exhibition, 'Against The Grain'. Hanging out with so many people from over 46 years of BMX on the Island of Ireland was the perfect way to end the weekend. Cheers to all the Irish locals for showing up and to all the riders who travelled from overseas to ride. We really appreciate it!<br /><br />Thanks to @MonsterEnergy for the support as ever and to Thunder BMX shop for the help with the ramps and more. While there was plenty of riding and exploring, everyone also took in the culture, and Joey bought some records.
