North of Los Angeles lies a forgotten stretch of desert known as the
ANTELOPE VALLEY.
A harsh wasteland of scorching pavement, busted concrete, empty lots, abandoned buildings...and enough tweaker's to keep even the strongest Jedi on high alert.
From this unlikely corner of the galaxy, a diverse group of misfits came together.
They had different backgrounds.
Different personalities.
Different styles.
But they shared one thing...
SKATEBOARDING.
United by four wheels and a piece of wood, they forged an unbreakable bond.
Against all odds, they became a crew.
Not the biggest.
Not the richest.
Not the most respected.
The UNDERDOGS.
But they were Hungry.
They were Fearless.
And they were ahead of their time.
They called themselves...
P-ROCK.
For nearly a decade, from 2001 to 2009, P-Rock carved its name into the streets of the Antelope Valley.
They battled busted spots, brutal slams, security guards, cops, angry neighbors, desert heat...
...and occasionally each other.
These are the stories.
The Tricks.
The Slams.
The friendships.
The places that disappeared.
And the crew that refused to.
This is the story of P-ROCK.
