etnies is proud to introduce the Locut Vulc x Fos and Emerson x Fos, two exclusive colorways created in collaboration with British skateboarder and artist Mark "Fos" Foster, alongside a supporting apparel capsule featuring his original illustrations.

Fos has been part of skate culture longer than most people have been skating. Founder of Heroin Skateboards, former art director for Baker, Deathwish and Altamont, and the creative force behind some of the most recognizable skateboard graphics, his work is immediately identifiable: raw, funny, strange, and completely sincere. He helped define the aesthetic of skateboarding by building it from the inside.

The collaboration came together the way Fos works best–hands-on and without overthinking it. He drew the characters, painted the obstacles, showed up to the session. His unmistakable illustrations appear on the insoles of both shoes and carry across the full apparel capsule.

Skateboarders in order of appearance: Fos, Nate Alton, Chazz Radical, David Alvarez, Dani, Zach Kovacs, Atticus Lee, Carlos Marinero, Andy Anderson , and Jimmy Rehman.

This past weekend, Wrocław played host to the launch party for<br />Werka Choromańska's new colorways with us: the Locut Vulc and<br />Locut 2K.<br /><br />Werka's still recovering from a slam she took whilst filming the<br />etnies promo - not quite ready to skate again, but that didn't stop<br />the party. Nick Garcia and Barney Page flew in to skate and soak up<br />everything Wrocław has to offer, while Werka worked the crowd with<br />her crew and their paint cans whilst handing out cash for tricks and<br />hooking everyone who deserved it up with product.<br /><br />Final Bowl hosted us for the night, and we reworked the park with<br />them around a car centerpiece - painted by Werka's writing crew to<br />match her shoe colors.<br />People came through for drinks, watched the etnies crew skate, and<br />stuck around for a best-trick jam later on.
