FA Skates "Fast Action"

"This 3 and a half year long project started while the shop was still open but along the way, in 2025 - the doors closed.

For 40 years, FA Skates 85 bounced around in Mt. Prospect (and other surrounding towns) in Illinois. It wasn't just a skate shop—it was a home for generations of skateboarders. It was where people bought their first board, met lifelong friends, planned sessions, and became part of a community.There have only been a handful of True FA videos over the years, which makes this one even more meaningful.

This isn't a goodbye as much as it is a thank you. Thank you to everyone who kept the shop alive for four decades, everyone who skated with us, supported local skateboarding, and helped create the memories that made this place so special.

We're proud to finally share this video. It stands as a small piece of FA's history and a reminder that the impact of a local shop lasts long after the lights go out."
