With the new camo-heavy Billabong x Otis Carey collection, Otis takes inspiration from the elusive fish that sometimes feels just a dream away.<br /><br />“I just love going fishing, walking the bank. And mangrove jack fishing's one of my favorite types to fish to target,” Otis says. “The concept behind the camo is in regards to that; how they're just really elusive and they just sort of hide.
