What’s a guy to do when he has a thousand bucks worth of new skate gear burning a whole in his trunk?<br /><br />Fully equipped with enthusiasm, a new shovel, a roll of sod, and a big box of products generously donated from the lovely lads at Deluxe, CCS’ Dale Decker recently set out to literally bury some skate treasure near some of the well known spots in the Los Angeles area. But, it so happens that attempting to excavate public property has some drawbacks. <br /><br />Join Dale as he sees which lucky locals are on board to push their limits for a chance at some fabulous free prizes. Chef Alvin is a huge fan of Bob’s Burgers, so we were happy to bring him on to help craft the Burgers of the Day!<br /><br />FRONTSIDE 360 PICKLE FLIP BURGER <br />Top Bun, Mayo, Pickled Red Onion, Provolone Cheese, Burger, Pickles, Lettuce, Bottom Bun <br /> <br />Salt both sides of the patty and place on a griddle heated to 350°. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip. As soon as you flip the burger, add the provolone to the patty. Once the cheese is melted in a couple minutes, the burger will be ready! Now, build the bun. Add mayo, lettuce, then pickles to the bottom bun. Place the cooked patty directly on top. Now, add the pickled red onions and spread mayo onto the top bun.
