Neil Young is a Canadian rock singer-songwriter. In 1960 he began performing as a solo artist in Canada, before moving to California in 1966, where he co-founded the band Buffalo Springfield along with Stephen Stills and Richie Furay, and later joined Crosby, Stills & Nash as a fourth member in 1969. After the breakup of Buffalo Springfield, he continued as a solo artist in 1968 and debuted his solo album Neil Young. He then reunited with Crosby, Stills & Nash while still working on his solo career. Young’s top albums include Harvest, Comes a Time, and Silver & Gold.
