The DC Video By DC Shoes | Skate Sonr

The DC Video

Released: 2003

The DC Video was the first to ever feature the "mega ramp" on any skate film. Vert skaters had been working out how to make vert bigger and larger and from that, the mega ramp was born. The mega ramp was also adopted by the X Games around this time as well. The introduction of Rob Dyrdek's security guard Christopher "Big Black" Boykin is introduced in this film. Danny Way shows off his skills of being to do all kinds of flips on vert ramps without having to do grabs to land them, which makes it way harder when you're 20 to 30 feet in the air and your body is horizontally parallel to the ground.

Overall, a great film and definitely one to check out if you haven't yet.
