While technically part of Desert Point, the aptly named Grower section is essentially a surf spot in its own right. When it's on, it breaks pipe-esque over dangerously shallow coral reef, and it has to be up there as one of the heaviest waves in the whole of Indo. The day started off at Blågåards Plads, where Nike SB had prepped the place with a solid obstacle set up. With the weather taking a turn for the worse, the contest proved difficult. Watch Canadian skateboarding Andy Anderson battling it out with the slippery obstacles.<br /><br />Next, we made our way to Lithauns Plaza which was set up with Alexis Sablone obstacles. Luckily, the rain decided to take a break, allowing the contest to proceed. The cash for tricks had everyone amped. Truth be told, one skater who truly stole the show was the incredible Andy Anderson.
