90年代未だに関東と関西の距離感は遠く、それぞれにエネルギッシュなシーンが存在した。
当時このパートをきっかけに東西のスケーターらが分け隔たり無く、それぞれの街を行き来するようになったのだ！
今作はオリジナル収録のBGMではなく、新たな楽曲を使用。
