Earlier this year Tanner Van Vark hit the open road up the coast from LA with REAL Filmer Tim Fulton in his new acquired adventure mobile to explore a flatbar oasis called "The Rec DIY" in Nipomo, CA and spend a couple days skating with the locals.<br /><br />We hope this inspires you to get out and skate somewhere new with your friends, or build something for the skaters in your local scene.<br /><br />In the weeks following the filming of this video The Rec was torn out to make way for another shopping center. As a small Thank You to the Rec crew for their efforts Tanner donated $500 to their next project, wherever or whenever that may be.<br /><br />Thanks to The Rec crew for letting us skate.
