I met Zack Flores at Cardiff Reef when he was 14 years old. Within a few years he became one of the many young surfer/shapers who are pushing the limits of single fin surfing. From a skateboarding background, Zack surfs both goofy and regular. Zack's style is very traditional and radical at the same time with his paper thin boards and super pinched rails. His search for the perfect ride and perfect board still continues. (Tatsuo Takei)
