Power Plates: Dawn Patrol Trail Bars

These easier-than-you-think trail bars are peanut butter and chocolate perfection.

Makes roughly 8 bars

Ingredients

– 1 cup peanut butter

– 3 cups rolled oats

– 1/4 cup chia seeds

– 1/2 cup honey

– 4 tbsp coconut oil

– 1/2 tsp sea salt

– 1/4 cup cacao powder

– 1/4 cup coconut shreds

Instructions

– Heat oven to 325 degrees.

– Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

– Press ingredients into a 9.5 x 13″ sheet pan (lined with parchment paper).

– Bake for 25 minutes.

– Remove from oven.

– Let cool completely, and then place in freezer to harden.

– Cut into individual rectangles and enjoy!
