The R&D Department is responsible for the engineering side of wheels, decks, trucks, accessories, griptape, etc. Tim and his crew put the "good" in hardgoods for all the NHS family of brands, including Santa Cruz, Flip, Creature, Ricta, Independent, MOB, Krux, OJ and more.
