The ASP 6-Star Ford Supergirl Pro presented by Paul Mitchell returned to Oceanside Pier in Southern California for the largest female surf competition in the world. Over 100 female surfers will be at the San Diego event competing for the $8,000 cash prize and vital points. The event serves as the lone women's ASP qualifying event scheduled in North America for the 2013 season and plays a critical role for surfers looking to solidify their position on the 2014 ASP Women's World Championship Tour (WCT).<br /><br />The Surf Channel is proud to support the Supergirl Pro, a family event is catered for the community to promote the sport of surfing and its stars.
