Under the Bridge: Köln, Germany

DIY project under one of the bridges that crosses the River Rhine in Cologne, Germany, re-started in spring 2010, and stopped by the city, perhaps temporarily, while negotiations with skaters and city officials takes place. They started to tear down the project but didn't get far, as they realized how strong the structure was built, and perhaps skateboarders working for free to build something for the "youth" community was not such a bad idea....
